Mad Vulture Games does not automatically collect or receive personal data from players through Wrath and Retribution. The game does not currently use developer-operated analytics, telemetry, advertising, or online accounts. Game progress and settings are stored on the player's device. Where cloud saves are supported, synchronization is provided by the relevant gaming platform. Mad Vulture Games does not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.
Depending on the platform, the game may use services such as achievements, trophies, cloud saves, ownership verification, software updates, and crash diagnostics. These services are operated by the respective platform provider and may process account, gameplay, device, or diagnostic information under that provider's privacy policy:
Purchases and payment information are also handled by the relevant platform. Mad Vulture Games does not receive players' complete payment details.
If you contact Mad Vulture Games for support, we process the information you voluntarily provide. This may include your email address, message, screenshots, save files, or diagnostic logs. This information is used only to respond to your request and investigate the reported issue. The legal basis is the provision of support connected with the game and the legitimate interest in maintaining and improving its stability. Support correspondence and submitted files are normally deleted within 12 months after the support case is closed, unless longer retention is required by law or necessary for a legal claim. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information submitted for support.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal data held by Mad Vulture Games. You may also have the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because Mad Vulture Games does not maintain player accounts or collect gameplay data directly, we will ordinarily only hold personal data if you have contacted us. For privacy requests, contact:

Requests concerning information held by Steam, Microsoft, PlayStation, or Nintendo should be directed to the relevant platform provider.
This policy may be updated if the game, supported platforms, or data-processing practices change. The latest version and its revision date will remain available at this URL. If a future update introduces analytics or another form of automatic data collection, this policy will be updated before collection requested where applicable.
