Just wondering since we havent heard any comments after Jowood’s bankruptcy if this is actually going to happen or not. Give us some news please!!
Jowood filed for reorganization, which means they are obligated to repay their debtors, while still doing business. If I were the attorney handling their bankruptcy, and knew they had a nearly finished product ready for release, I would not give them any say in the matter. They must do everything in their power to regain solvency, even if that means dealing solely with digital distribution channels to reduce production costs.
